Great ratings by the American and Canadian wine reviews

Our cuvées Gardian and In Vino Erotico white have been greatly complimented by the American and Canadian press.

Gardian Grande Réserve reviews:
ROD PHILLIPS – A blend of equal parts of chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, and vermentino, this is a very attractive and versatile wine suitable for sipping on its own or taking to the table. Look for well-layered flavours with solid herbal notes and well-balanced, fresh, clean acidity. It’s drinking very well now and I suggest drinking to 2023 to appreciate its freshness.
WINE CURRENT – A mélange of pineapple, lime zest and green apple aromas flirting with freesia flower and slate notes will please your olfactory senses. This is medium-full bodied with a lovely round mouthfeel that’s full of energy with its flavours of green lemon and white grapefruit but also sweet pear, a touch of herbaceousness and chalky minerality developing in the lengthy complex finish. There’s a lot to love in this beautiful wine, including the price point. Pair with grilled asparagus wrapped in prosciutto or steamed mussels in leek-cream sauce. (Louise Boutin)
TASTINGS.COM – Straw green color. Attractive aromas and flavors of grapefruit, spiced apple, cashew brittle, and marigold with a silky, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a smooth, interesting, long finish displaying notes of reduced lemon and hints of gherkin and grass with no oak flavor. A vibrant and savory white blend that will make meals shine.

In Vino Erotico reviews:
TASTINGS.COM – Yellow straw color. Aromas and flavors of pineapple, spicy apple sauce, peach pie crust, and hint of chamomile with a satiny, bright, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a tingling, appealing, long finish with impressions of puff pastry with lemon curd, apple and peach tart, lime, and nuts with a suggestion of oak flavor. A supple and satisfying white blend that is as versatile as it is pleasurable.
WINE & SPIRITS MAGAZINE – From a cooperative of 160 growers in Béziers, this blend of chardonnay, sauvignon blanc and viognier drinks like a Rhône white, satiny and rich, with creamy, lightly floral flavors of pear and Meyer lemon.
