Cersius is testament to a history rooted in strong values. Blowing from inland and offshore, the strong, dry Cers wind, named Cersius by the Romans, brings important benefits to our vineyards. This range of wines is a very special tribute to the wind and to three other elements which bring elegance to our wines: the sunshine which gorges our grapes with aromas, the moisture brought by the Mediterranean, and our very rich soils.
