Under the breath of the Cers wind and the caress of the Mediterranean sun, “Sea, Cers and Sun” sings of the aromas of the South with every sip.
Its name, a playful nod to a timeless melody, speaks of a shared joy of life : which unites the wind, the light, and the sharing of a good wine. Here, each bottle is a summer song to be savoured to the very last sip.

Vinification

Pressurage direct, séparation des dernières presses.
Débourbage, stabulation des bourbes à 8 jours.
Fermentation à basse température.
Elevage sur lies fines de 2 mois.
Conservation en cuve.

Dégustation

Les notes douces de mandarine cèdent un temps leur place à la guimauve des souvenirs d’enfance.
En bouche, les fruits rouges comme le cassis et la framboise charment le palais avec un bel équilibre d’ensemble.
Un jardin d’arômes pour le plaisir des papilles.
