Here are the tasting notes obtained by our Terra Patres 2015:
A luxurious 24-month ageing in barrels and demi-muids for this blend of Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot. The top-of-the-range cuvée from the cellar, a tribute “to the land of the ancestors”. A strong, powerful tribute that leaves no doubt about its intensity with this deep and dark colour. On the nose, the freshness of menthol matches harmoniously with a woody cocoa flavour, ripe fruits and truffle. In the mouth, density, sun, smoothness, but also this beautiful freshness perceived on the nose, all framed by a tasty ageing, and fine and silky tannins.“
