Jardin des Charmes Cinsault Grenache 2020
This cuvée’s robe has a nacre clear and brilliant colour. Its elegant nose offers a full range of aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits such as orange and lime. The mouth is tonifying with great freshness along with grapefruit flavours that last until the final. The latter is salivating with its notes of zest. This wine will be the best ally of a grilled sea bass or sea bream.
Gardian Grenache Cinsault Syrah 2020
First, we can admire this rosé beautiful litchi colour with silvery reflections. Then, the fine nose opens up to notes of blackcurrant and strawberry, not to mention melon and a hint of salinity. The mouth brings volume and a balancing freshness. A long lasting mouth-feel with a touch of clementine. Will match perfectly a pan-fried grilled red mullet.
